Zuma Pop-Up Restaurant at the Ultima Hotel Gstaad

The first Zuma to enrich Switzerland spans the restaurant, bar, and winter terrace of the Ultima Hotel Gstaad, combining culinary artistry with the informal, sociable character of Japanese izakayas (pubs).
Our seasonal collaboration brings Zuma's distinctive fusion of modern Japanese cuisine and playful hospitality to the cosmopolitan center of Gstaad, guaranteeing guests a unique gastronomic and sensory experience.

Nowhere else can you enjoy iconic dishes such as marinated black cod in Hoba leaf, Wagyu tataki, and yellowfin sashimi after spending days experiencing the majesty of the Swiss Alps.
