Digitalization: new chat function on Gstaad website

Since this summer, a new chat function welcomes the guests of our region on the website gstaad.ch. "The digital ChatBot Sarina allows chatting with a technical system around the clock and can provide the best possible answer and useful information for almost all tourist questions," says Ronnie Oehrli, Head of Digitalization & Innovation. A text field can be used to ask questions about operating hours, for excursion tips, or about how to get there. Using defined rules based on keywords or with the help of artificial intelligence, guests then receive a suitable answer. Questions that are not answered are processed in the background so that they can be answered correctly the next time. Sarina understands questions in German, English and French. Have fun chatting!
