Adjusted validity perimeter from 1 May 2024

Guests in the Gstaad holiday region can use the following public transport providers in the two valleys: MOB, PAG, AFA. On all routes in the Saanenland on the lines from Grubenwald/Zweisimmen to Rougemont or Lauenen, Turbach, up to the Col du Pillon and now via Abländschen to Jaun, the personal guest cards of both regions are valid as passes. Public transport can also be used in Simmental from Zweisimmen to Lenk with the guest cards.

From 1 May 2024, guests will be able to, guests will also be able to use the guest cards during their arrival and departure within the valid perimeter!

However, the perimeter will be adjusted slightly from 1 May 2024 due to various factors. The lower Simmental from Weissenbach/Boltigen to Erlenbach and the Jaun Pass will no longer be included. Costs have risen sharply due to the requirements of transport companies and the canton, as well as price increases due to the VAT increase and the general price increase in public transport on the timetable change in December 2023. Due to these changes in the general conditions, it was no longer possible to include the extended perimeter as far as Erlenbach im Simmental. GST has decided to concentrate on the perimeter of the Gstaad holiday region and also the upper Simmental. This means that guests can still benefit from numerous experiences in the Gstaad holiday region and in the immediately neighbouring adventure areas. This offer is expected to remain valid until the end of 2026

Unlimeted mobility in Saanenland and Simmental now also in winter

With the Gstaad Card, guests travel free of charge on all public transport lines.
So far, this offer was only valid in summer, from May to October. This offer is now also valid in winter. From 1 November 2023, all overnight guests can benefit from this.
