We aim to give service providers the opportunity to showcase their businesses in the best possible way on our website and other platforms. Our goal is to offer guests a comprehensive overview of all businesses in the Gstaad holiday region, presented on one page. This makes it easier for guests to discover the businesses available and how to access them. Our website, along with Google searches, often serves as the first point of contact for current or potential guests, making it an essential marketing tool in today’s digital landscape.

Catering entries are displayed with their current opening hours or presented on various subpages under specific categories, such as mountain restaurants. Other businesses are listed in the "Region A-Z" section, under the appropriate headings. Our goal is to provide guests with relevant and useful information that will interest them.

We strive to offer guests the best experience by transparently displaying the opening hours of establishments, whether for the current day or future visits. Therefore, we ask businesses to continuously update their opening hours. This allows guests to easily find out which establishments are open at any given time. While some businesses already publish their opening hours through Google MyBusiness, not all do. That's why we use data from feratel Deskline to ensure a comprehensive and consistent display.

You can edit your data independently and free of charge at any time using the feratel WebClient. This service is included in the tourism promotion tax (TFA) and is provided free of charge by Gstaad Saanenland Tourismus, allowing you to maintain high-quality information for your business.

You can edit your data anytime and from anywhere through the feratel WebClient. We recommend regularly reviewing and optimizing your entry, especially by updating your business's opening hours.

o Continuously update opening hours, including for short-term changes or company holidays.

o Add seasonal pictures of your business.

o Provide business descriptions in German, French, and English.

If your business is not currently listed, you can send the following data via email to info@gstaad.ch:

o Contact details, including email and website

o Opening hours

o Descriptive texts in German, English, and French

o Winter and summer images

o Image credits and copyrights
We will then add your business to the system, after which you will receive access data for the feratel WebClient to make future updates yourself.

Since your address is used for multiple purposes beyond just the infrastructure entry, it is important for us to keep this data accurate across our systems. If an address needs to be changed, please email us at info@gstaad.ch and specify which entries are affected.

Changes to images, descriptions, and opening hours are regularly transferred to our website, typically by the following day. We ask you to check your entry the next day. If it hasn’t updated, please contact us.
