The meeting room is relatively compact (15 m2), which is why guests come here, to the centre of Gstaad, first and foremost for banquets and other celebrations. The restaurant is divided into four sections: a brasserie, conservatory, function room and dining room, offering something to suit every taste and group size. Up to 60 diners are able to enjoy the hotel’s Italian and Swiss cuisine.
