Trail Keeper Day

Gstaad Saanenland Tourism and the "Trail Keepers Saanenland-Simmental" conducted the second Trail Keeper Day in the Gstaad region in collaboration with a trail builder from Allegra Tourism.

The focus was on minimising erosion damage and unwanted shortcuts. The 16 volunteers were able to expand their knowledge under the guidance of the trail builder and spend a day helping with trail maintenance, thereby giving something back to the region. These days are always organised by the Destination Development & Sustainability and Infrastructure & Projects departments.
