The offerings at the site lodge mainly consist of cheese - how could it be otherwise! As much as possible, we use our own farm products and offer simple, down-to-earth menus.

The surroundings around the Sparenmoos moor area are idyllic and beautiful even in winter.
The tranquility provides strength, and the far-reaching views feel simply good.
Cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails lead to the hut and allow for a unique experience.
