Le Petit Chalet, Le Grand Bellevue

In the centre of Gstaad, tucked away in Le Grand Bellevue’s park, this rustic restaurant is the perfect place to meet up, relax and soak up the alpine atmosphere. In winter, the Le Petit Chalet team hosts its guests in the cosy and warm interior. Then, as soon as the temperature allows, you can enjoy the sun’s warmth with lunch or dinner on the terrace. Visitors will be treated to delectable local dishes and regional specialities, so you are sure to find both classic Swiss fondue and the Gstaader Plättli on the menu. If you are looking for something a little special, there is nothing better than the goat cheese fondue; or if you prefer to buck the trend, you can go straight to the meringue with Gruyère double cream. Though once you have caught the heavenly smell of our rotisserie chicken, you may find your decision is already made. The chicken is seasoned according to long-standing tradition and is sure to impress both newcomers and connoisseurs alike. Le Petit Chalet is open every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays for food, drink and pure enjoyment – and can also be reserved for private events.
