• Familiarize with country-specific peculiarities of the main source markets in Swiss tourism and be able to respond appropriately in professional daily life*
• Practical tips and inputs for dealing with guests and customers from so-called "foreign" countries

*In this learning objective, the client can determine the focus on specific countries of origin themselves. In the case of Gstaad/Saanenland, Arab guests will certainly be a focus, and further markets can be communicated as needed. We can also clarify this in the context of a survey among the participants prior to the training.
