Inclusion and Intercultural Encounters in Tourism

The Swiss Tourism Federation (STV) and its core members are committed to promoting an open-minded and tolerant Switzerland: Charter for an Open and Tolerant Guest Culture in Swiss Tourism.
All guests, employees, and partners should be treated with respect—regardless of nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, language, disability, or political opinion.
Openness and tolerance are especially important in tourism, where people from diverse cultures come together.
Different guest groups have different needs.
You can learn how to easily and efficiently adapt your services to meet the needs of various guest segments in the guest brochures provided by HotellerieSuisse and Schweiz Tourismus:
The brochures are currently available only in German and French and will be updated as soon as they are translated into English.

OK: GO - are you also taking part?

OK: GO supports tourism providers in Switzerland to collect and publish information on the accessibility of their offers and services. This makes it easier for people with disabilities, senior citizens and families with small children to plan their trips. Added value for all! Those who support the initiative can make the logo directly visible online with the link to the relevant information. The registration and publication is done directly with the help of the registration tool "ginto -App" via the landlord. Further information can be found on the OK: GO website.
