MaurerMaurer play a groovy mix of their own songs and shared favourites – a blend of funk, jazz, rhythm and blues, and soul. Influences from New Orleans, Austin, TX, and the Bernese Oberland blend to create their unmistakable style.

With vocals, piano and trumpet, they create an intimate soundscape. The songs are stripped back to their essence and brought to life with a real zest for playing and a love of improvisation. A concert by the duo is a personal statement in favour of handmade music and excellent songwriting.
