Menuhin Festival | Pacific Wind Quintet

05.08.2026 , Wednesday

Under the theme “Family Matters,” Eggli becomes a stage for exceptional concert experiences as part of the Menuhin Festival Gstaad.

Awarded at the prestigious ARD Competition in Munich in 2024, the ensemble embodies a fresh, open-minded vision of art – one that reflects the new face of music. With culturally diverse roots spanning three continents, the five young wind players chose the name “Pacific Wind Quintet” in 2017 as a tribute to the renowned festival in Sapporo founded by Leonard Bernstein, whose boundless energy and passion continue to inspire their work. The programme they bring to their debut at the Menuhin Festival Gstaad is as layered as it is original: vibrant, powerful, and unmistakably their own.
