Sunny and with a lot of wood equipped 4.5 room apartment (103sqm) on the 1st floor of a detached two-family chalet built in 2011. Awesome panoramic view to the surrounding mountains (Spitz-, Mittag- and Schlauchhorn). 2 uncovered parking spaces are available, furthermore 1-2 covered parking spaces, depending on the available space in the underground parking garage. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available. A furnished balcony with electric barbecue, furnished garden with kettle grill as well as a children's swing and a sand box on the lawn behind the chalet are also available.
The chalet Majelas Heiti is situated at the end of the village Gsteig (11km away from Gstaad) beside the campsite Heiti which also disposes of a public restaurant. There are good bus connections to Gstaad respectively to Col du Pillon (Glacier 3000) and Les Diablerets. The bus stop is only 50m away from the chalet.
The small skilift Gsteig is in close proximity of the apartment. Gsteig is ideally located for summer and winter holidays.

Important notes:
By occupancy with up to 2 persons (lower price) there is only one bedroom at your disposal. The other two bedrooms remain locked.
The gallery can be used as a children's corner, as a sleeping possibility for children only upon request.
