«Pass Protect» insurance:
In the event of accident or illness, no reimbursements will be made. You have the option of insuring against this risk when you pick up your season ticket by purchasing the additional «Pass Protect» insurance for CHF 63.00 per ticket and winter season. More information on www.skicare.ch.

Season Passes - book with Covid/Power shortage Security:
In case of an officially ordered closure of eight or more consecutive operating days of all top 4 ski areas between 01.12.2022 December and 02.04.2023, a pro rata cash refund will be made (pro rata temporis). The cash refund will be made from 03.04.2023 to 30.04.2023 at the latest at every main cash desk. The closure must affect the entire validity of the Top4 season ticket.
Products such as the Glacier 3000 upgrade and Gstaad indoor pool are exempt from these regulations and must therefore be arranged by the buyer directly with the respective service provider.

Covid certificate requirement:
If a Covid-19 certificate is required for the use of the transport facilities, it is the responsibility of the customer to comply with this. Without this, there is no entitlement to transport. A refund of the payment which is made is excluded. 

Public Transport with ski tickets:
Ski passes are valid for the public transport from 10.12.2022 until 02.04.2023 in the trains from Matten/St. Stephan until Rossinière in the 2nd Class and in the Post Bus between Saanenmöser until Col du Pillon, Lauenen and Turbach.
