Guest Relations Team: there for our guests every day

170 guest consultations per day, over 1800 phone calls per month, 40 requests for meetings and group offers in the last six months, sale of season tickets and almost 30,000 tickets sold for events in the destination last year. Serving guests is the central task of the Guest Relations team. There are currently 15 employees and four apprentices working at the headquarters of Gstaad Saanenland Tourism in Gstaad and in the tourism offices in Saanen, Schönried, Zweisimmen, Gsteig, Lauenen, Turbach and Abländschen. "We are the point of contact for guests and service providers from the destination, we coordinate a wide range of requests and forward them to the right people," says Olivia Schwenter, Head of Guest Relations ad interim.
