Ein Tag bei den Rittern

Do you enjoy being in nature and learning something about it at the same time? Then the tour with our guidance in the nature reserve around Lake Lauenensee is just right for you. Various stations around the lake will give you insights into the wildlife (birds, fish, and amphibians) and the moorland. We will explain to you why the protection of the lake is so important for everyone. Look forward to an exciting tour outdoors in nature.

Booking note:
For this family program, at least one child and one adult must be booked together.
All participating individuals need their own booking.

Hint / Advice

 The tour is guided in germand, the guide may translate informaions in english.

Equipment

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and proper footwear and bring your own drinks and any food you may need.

Arrival Information

Individual arrival to the parking Lauenensee, please travel by public bus. Walk approx. 10 minutes from the car park to the meeting point at the path crossing below the restaurant.

The Postbus leaves from the Trainsation in Gstaad at 1:37pm and arrives at the Lauenensee car park at 2.11 pm,

A Bus back to Gstaad leaves at 4.40 pm. and arives at 5:15pm.

Level of difficulty

The walking time is 1 hour (2.5 km). This distance must be manageable for all participants otherwise parents should use an aid (e.g. all-terrain pushchair, child carrier backpack, etc.).
